About the Orvayana Global

Together, Forward • Health • Stability • Opportunity • Connection

Why We Are Exploring This

People living away from home often face health, financial, career, and social challenges all at once, yet support systems remain fragmented across different organizations and borders.

Orvayana Global was conceived to test a coordinated navigation model. Rather than creating a single organization that tries to deliver every service, our goal is to build an integrated network connecting existing expertise and resources beginning with Nepali international students, migrants, and returnees.

Vision & Working Mission

Working Vision

A world where migration-related challenges do not leave people without a clear, connected path to health, stability, opportunity, and contribution.

Working Mission

To improve migrant and immigrant health, financial stability, social well-being, and economic opportunity through integrated navigation, trusted partnerships, research, and community-driven solutions.

Guiding Principles

Do Not Duplicate

Partner with established programs (such as SaMi and ReMi) rather than reinventing existing services.

Act Locally, Share Globally

Build grounded, community-tailored solutions and share outcomes to inform global migrant care standards.

Health & Opportunity

Treat wellness, stability, and career progress as deeply interconnected components of human dignity.

Assets Over Needs

View participants as individuals with valuable skills, experience, and leadership capability.

Project Lead / Concept Developer

This initiative is currently an early-stage concept focused on building evidence-informed collaborative frameworks. We are actively engaging with public health researchers, clinicians, diaspora networks, and lived-experience advocates to refine the model prior to service delivery.
