Proposed 30-Day Foundation Roadmap
- Working Group Formation: Form a 5–7 person working group and agree on research questions.
- Service Mapping: Map existing resources in Nepal and destination corridors to identify duplication and gaps.
- Ethics & Needs Assessment: Draft community interview guides and establish ethical safeguards.
- Pilot Scoping: Define small pilot parameters, outcome metrics, and a GO / MODIFY / STOP decision.
