This platform is designed to facilitate open collaboration, academic input, and strategic planning during the 30-Day Foundation Phase. The information provided does not constitute formal legal, medical, or binding contractual advice.

Non-Commercial Focus: Participation at this stage focuses on research co-development, service mapping, and pilot scoping rather than financial investments or commercial offerings.

3. User Submissions & Intellectual Property

When you submit feedback, proposal ideas, or research suggestions:

  • Shared Insights: You grant the ORVAYANA / BRIDGE Initiative a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to evaluate, synthesize, and incorporate your feedback into pilot scoping frameworks and public research documents.
  • Attribution: We respect academic and professional contributions. If you contribute substantial intellectual work, attribution will be coordinated mutually before publication.
  • Originality: You confirm that any materials or concepts submitted are your own original ideas or that you have authorization to share them.

4. Community Standards & Conduct

We expect all collaborators and form respondents to engage respectfully. Users agree not to:

  • Submit misleading, defamatory, offensive, or fraudulent information.
  • Attempt to compromise site security or disrupt platform operations.
  • Share unauthorized confidential data regarding third-party individuals or organizations.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

All framework documents, roadmap timelines, and platform resources are provided “as is” for collaborative research and scoping purposes. The ORVAYANA / BRIDGE Global Initiative makes no warranties regarding immediate implementation guarantees or exact pilot outcomes.

6. Revisions to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms as the initiative moves from the 30-Day Foundation Phase into future pilot operations. Continued engagement with the platform signifies acceptance of updated terms.
